Fatal Error with Windows 98

I have a VFP7 application that interfaces with VSFlexGdid Pro that utilizes Visual Basic. Everything works OK but after I close the application, I get Fatal Error: Exception Code C0000005 @ Error Lof File: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsost Shared\VFP\VFP7\RERR.Log.

This only happens with Windows 98 but not with Windows 2000.
It seems that something is happening when resources are being released.

Any suggestions to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
