Fatal Error Codes - Minolta 2300 DL

I have a Minolta 2300 DL which is two months old. All of a sudden when sending a print job to it, it errors off with a message: Fatal Error 12H. If I shut it off and restart it, it will give me the same error or mayby a Fatal Error 10H. I cannot find what there messages are referring to in my manuals. Anyone have any ideas? I am running Win XP Pro and have tried the printer on USB as well as Parallel. I recently replaced the black toner cartridge prior to this occurring.

Can't help with the error but will tell you that I've had good results with doing a google search for manufacturer's name+model number+error code. In the HP area I've always found more than I needed.

So glad to find someone else with this problem. Did you ever get a solution?

This started happening just last night (interestingly, right after I tried to send a Corel Draw printout - something I have never done before with this printer)and I am at a total loss to resolve.

Under the Xmas gun to produce some output and NEED this printer brought back to life! Any guidance you could provide would be wonderful.

Anyone get a result regarding this error code? I sent a 190 page job to the printer and it went to this fault code. Reboot does nothing but returns to the same code.

To put closure to this issue -- Minolta Tech Support claims that it is a hardware failure to the laser? Needs to go back to the factory. I just took mine back to the store that I bought and got another one.
