fatal error after start the lotus client 6.5.1

Hi all,

I have successed to install the client agent on W2k professional SP4 machine. However, I have started to load the lotus notes clinet agent on that, it prompted an error messages and need to restart the machine. Actually, I have re-installed the client agent but the problem is the same. Any one can help me to solve it. Thanks a lots.

FATAL (0): unexpected crash: exception(0): thread 514 got system exception: ACCESS_VIOLATION (3221225477)

P.S lotus domino and client 6.5.1
