[FATAL] cannot initialise winsock

Hi there,

After doing a Netdiag /test:winsock i was returned "[FATAL] cannot initialise winsock". I have also noticed in event viewer that :-

WSAStartup failed to start.

and

The Netlogon service terminated with Service specific error 5737

Is there any way to reset winsock? Or re-install?

Would appreciate feedback on this,

Thanks ITSP1965 it looks like there is a fix in there. My management has opted to purchase a new server and put 2003 on it so it looks like I will be migrating the data over. I will try the fixes anyway.
