fastt200 with pseries

My organization has recently installed the IBM p650. We are also using a fastt200 as our storage solution and a 2109 F16 San switch.We have recently been experiencing problems with logical volumes becoming partially mirrored. We are not using Aix LV mirroring at all. If anyone else has a similar setup, I would greatly appreciate any hints or tips. The error is 0516-1147.

You need to contact IBM because there may be an APAR available if this is a known problem.
