I am gettin gthe NRU 11 software and will install it. I hope it runs on WIN 2000.

Do I just set up the FastRAD modem via a 9 pin cable and plug into the APP II module, apply power to the modem and assign it to an extension or a dedicated phone line and then dial in?

Install the Fast Rad as if it were a set. When programming set it to either auto answer or to be accessed by transfer.
Installing the FR is exactly the same as a set, it will pick up an extension automatically. Follow the directions in the manual and you are OK. PS the answer after X in the programming is seconds, not rings.
