FastRad Setup - Inactive Feature

Hello Everyone,
I am trying to setup a FastRad on a Norstar CICS, I have tried two different FastRads on two different of our Norstars. When typing in 9** we get inactive feature. What am I missing because I must be missing something. Do I need to turn something else on first?

cics has a IRAd built in and if software didnt have it on original install may have been activated via a keycode...did u try IRad feature codes

RAD's will still work on a CICS

Make sure the RAD is connected to a digital port and that it has power (110volt).

Also make sure you are using the right ports,that they are active by software keycode for ports 109-116 or Service Cartridge for ports 116-124.
