FastRAD problem

I have a Norstar 8X24 DR5.1 with a FastRAD that no longer works. I have replaced the FastRAD with a known working FastRAD but still get "Inactive Feature" when I attempt to program it using F9**. I have not tried a cold reboot on the KSU and was wondering if there is another way to reset the RAD.

Go to maint and insure the port isn't shut down. Try plugging a phone into the port to see if it works. Try a different port. If all else fails, reboot.

F**XFTEST, Password = your config password, remove the association to the feature code. However, I have seen the FastRAD's do this before.

I just had to reterminate it and that brought it back up. It is odd for sure.
