Sorry for bringing this up again... I read through all the posts I found yet I still haven't got an answer.

OK... just had my 8x24 default itself... Fortunately I recorded all the settings on paper when I was fixing my last problem.

What's really funny is I just got a FastRAD yesterday, and I haven't hooked it up yet. Sufficed to say, as soon as I have it reconfigured, I want to back it up.

I have a FastRAD with the following specs (just copied from ebay listing :D) A0767381 NT8B80AAAB 2000/03/09 NNTM84551IZV

My 8x24 has the following under system info:

SP: 30MVM05 DR5
RTP: 30GBG03

Might it be DR5.1?

Anyways, I need to know what software I need to do a backup. I managed to download NRU 10 from Nortel, but everything else asks for a login password.

I read elsewhere that I may need N* Manager 3.5. Anyone know where I can find it? What about Manager 3.7?

I'm hoping I can find something that will run under Win2000 or WinXP... otherwise I'll have to bring in a dinosaur

Eureka!!!!!! I used NRU 9.1 with norstar manager 3.5 and have successfully performed a backup. With the 9.1 version I can select what operating system I want to use Win 95,98, etc...
Thanks for all of your help.
ps Sam you are absolutely correct, if I use XP or 2000 I need 3.7. Thanks again.

Thanks for any help you can offer
