FastRad Alarm Reporting Setup Question

I will be setting up an alarm reporting station in the next few weeks and do not have the FastRad book (don't know if the book even covers this topic). I know about the setup for Alarm center number 1 and 2,number of digits, retry time, number of retries and all that stuff.

What I have not done is setup the receiving end at a remote site for alarms. Is there any paticular program for this or what programs work well for these alarms?

I have used both ProComm Plus, and Reflections. Both work fine. All you need is something you can set up to answer modem, match your baud rate etc. I capture data into a new file each month so that I can archive data for many systems.
