Fastora T2 NAS Cant Delete Files

We have a fastora T2 NAS that has two 250gb WD hard drives in it. We have not used this device in quite some time but are once again getting ready to utilize it. We have run into a problem after setting it up.

We cannot seem to delete or overwrite a file once its been written to the nas. We have checked permissions, formated rebuilt etc... to no avail.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
