FastExport Installation??

Hi I am new to Teradata fastexport but it sounds like exactly what I need to be able to export large amounts of data from a teradata db, But I need advice on what I need on my machine to be able to use this?

I currectly have Teradata SQL assistent and the teradata utilities which only include the following: (all except Fast Export)

BTEQ
BTEQ Win
FastLoad
MultiLoad
TPump

I assumed that Fastexport would be loaded with the utilities but it does not appear to have been.

Advice appreciated to get started with Fast Export:

Please please please help.
