FastEthernet an Ethernet connections at same time (as5300 voip)

Hi
We have as5300 that we use for VoIP we are connecting to the net via interface FastEthernet0; we want to connect another connection through interface Ethernet0; (for a specify country terminating calls)
1.Can it be done?
2.if yes, How can I - a. transfer calls that originating from the FastEthernet to Ethernet connection?
b. connecting through PBX to the as5300 and make sure that the call will go to the specify destination through the Ethernet contact ?
