fast start problem

I want my .mov to start right away & stream as you watch it. I compressed the file w/ Fast Start clicked but it's not working. Also, the movie isn't opening in the quicktime player. It downloads completely then sends you to a new white page w/ the movie centered in the middle. How can I get it to 1. open in the qt player & 2. download while you watch it?

That means your browser is setup to use the Plugin for QT so it opens in the browser <--- this yu cannot control on other people's computer. When installing QT on their ocmputer they are the one who choose how to open .mov files (in browser or in the player).

As fro the 'streaming', unless you're ona server that supports QT streaming, you wont be able to do that
