Fast RAD with Compact ICS?

Is it possible to use a FAST RAD with the compact ICS?

I have a PC in the same room as the ICS, so if I could use the FAST RAD I could connect it direct via RS232, rather than have to install a modem, pots line and dial out/in.

Or am I over thinking this, is there a simpler way to access the Compact ICS via a local PC?

Sure, a FastRAD will work with a CICS. Some versions of CICS software enable a built-in IRAD, so make sure this is turned off in programming.
