Frad not picking up with NRU 9,10,11 maybe its the firmware?

Looking for a copy of the fast rad firmware upgrade. I am using 11.0 NRU and the fast rad I am trying to connect to say's (This rad is not compatible with remote tools) Maybe the upgrade will help???

The fastrad upgrade program was released to allow a fastrad to work over a PRI link, or it could be used to downgrade a European ERad to allow it to work with the NRU software.
It won't work (as far as I know) on the older Rad's. What type of Rad do you have?
