Fast RAD Disc. on new Cox PRI service

I have a MICS 7.0 with PRI and ever since we cutover to Cox service on their Cisco virtual soft switch... my RAD will only connect only for 45 seconds and drop.Looks like DID call rides on their new SIP trunks across country. Changed RAD and baud rates will no luck. Tier III support claims its the LEC dropping them. Never had issues with Integra PRI over 3 years. Also,we have 3-ASM's for tenant faxes/C/C and no issues. Is POTS only answer?

 
We've had issues like this when the PRI was delivered by VOIP. You may have them check to make sure that the channels can accept both voice and data.

you might also want to send or receive a multiple page fax to see if it completes.
 
Yes,we tried multiple DIDs and fastrads2. I was informed Cox was routing PRI calls using their "virtual" Cisco soft switch on SIP trunks over 2000 miles away in Atlanta. After multiple Cox techs had no answer...so we half-tapped other LEC's POTS to MICS and solved problem. Cox apparently has limited programming knowledge on their newer soft switch. Our customers that are on their DMS 500 local switch have no issues. Thanks

 
Cox has the wrong compression setup in one of their virtual servers.
This is a common issue with PRI over VoIP. Are fax machines through the PRI also failing?
