I am onsite trying to get into the Fast RAD. I have set the password using F9** on the phone, and now I am hooked up with my laptop. I am using Norstar NRU remote set tool. When I try to connect it asks for the password, and initializes the RAD and does several queries, then it gives me a 'lost connection - terminating remote tools'error and disconnect me. I'm not sure why this is happening, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

My first guess would be that baudrate/parity/databits/stopbits and maybe handshake settings might not agree. Double check that PC and the RAD are set the same.

Thanks for the help. I started from scratch and made sure everything matched on both the PC and the RAD, and now everything is working properly. Until the browser 'times out' while I'm programming. Then I have to wait a while before I can go back in again and continue programming. has anyone else run into this? Is there some way to set the 'timed out' parameters, so this won't happen anymore?
