I have a problem that has recently cropped up. When folks dial 800 numbers they get a fast busy. There doesn't seem to be a particular 800 number or phone that causes it and it’s random. The call will go through eventually, if the person just keeps trying. I’ve called our carrier and they say they can’t reproduce the problem.

I do a stat in ld 60 and most of my trunks are idle. Anyone ever seen this? Thanks.

check your routing on the 800.. ld 90

Check that your outgoing CLID is set up correctly in Ld 15.
800 doesn't work well without proper CLID. Remember you have both DID and NON DID settings and if one of these is invalid then that may cause your intermittancy.
