fast busy problem on did

ok i have an interesting problem when u call our main number u can get thru but if u dial one of the did u get a fast busy u also get it sometimes on the main number but for sure on the did's has anyone ever had this problem beofre or might know of some sort of solution ????

Could be one of your DID trunks is faulty. Dial the same DID number several times in a row. Does it fail in any pattern? Label your DID trunks uniquely, so you can tell which ones DO work. Do you have a butt set? Connect it to the DID trunks and make sure you can dial into the system from it, then monitor the trunks as you place your test calls. DID trunks ususally hunt in a circular fashion, so you may be able to determine which one(s) are bad.

Busy out card, Do a reset on the card and then restore the card and try it.

I would suggest printing the error log.

-OR- (w/o SPM) go into mantenance and look at the ERROR LOGS there.

Upon what type of facility are the DID numbers delivered?
Analogue trunks or T1/PRI?
