Fast Busy Inter Extension

Evening,

I have come across a problem regarding calls between extension as well as call that go through my VM Pro and eventually get transfer to an extension.

The calls go fast busy with no message. The inbound calls that are routed to an extension via a VM Module just hang up.

Any help would be appreciated. I couldn't find anything like this on here.

An IPO reboot fixed the problem.

Weird that calls between extensions we fast busying.
