Farm Published App Icons Disappearing????

Hi,

I've got the following, that's causing me a headache, any ideas?

Problem

Citrix Program Neighborhood will show 6 published applications, then
for no reason, 3 will disappear, double-clicking an icon will make
the 3 that disappeared appear, these icons will work but at some
point in time, they will disappear (again), doing the above will make
them re-appear!

(LB) is Load Balanced

Details

Server1/PubApp1 will disappear
Server2/PubApp2 will disappear
Server3/4/PubApp5 will disappear

Server3/PubApp3/PubApp4 NEVER disappear
Server5/PubApp6 NEVER disappear
Server6/PubApp6 NEVER disappear
Server7/PubApp6 NEVER disappear

All apps that are on multiple servers are load balanced, everything
works fine if a Custom ICA Connection is used.

Any Ideas?

I have read about it happening for Mac when a patch is applied for Metaframe 1.0

Maybe the version of the client?
