FAQ on how to save a webpage in web archive format (.mhtml)

Recently there was the off topic question how to save a web page as mhtml. There was a faq working with sending keys to the internet explorer to invoke it's save as dialog, which doesn't work reliable.

As I found another solution using CDO.Message, I've written a version 2 of that faq: faq1251-6636

At the time the other faq was written, CDO.Message was not that common, which was the reason for that approach.

Back in 2002, there was only one VFP forum and this code was also posted in the FAQ in 2002 here faq184-1768 (item #3)
