fancy table borders 1

My boss wants me to make some tables on a webpage that look like Windows components or Access forms... specifically, he wants the table heading overtop of the table border:

Page heading here

--- heading here ---------------
| |
| table contents in here |
| |
| |
--------------------------------

additional contents here

Has anyone ever seen this (or better yet, built this) type of table for the web??
