Fan1 alarm

BCM200 there were about 62000 warnings on the Fan1
3.0 system - and has been working fine without any problem for about 3 years
Is this a problem associated with the Base function tray?

There was a SSM patch that was supposed to fix erroneous fan alarms, but I can't remember if it applied to release 3.0 or 3.5. I don't think it's related to the base function tray, but the SSM itself being too sensitive.
