False Message waiting indication

I just migrated a Meridian Mail system to Call Pilot 3.0 and now we are getting false message waiting lights. The message waiting light is lit but no message in the mailbox.
Or after clearing a message from the mailbox the light will go out and then come back on with no message in the mailbox.
Anyone have any suggestions?

do a search for msg waiting indications, may have bogas data in that field. i had the same thing. one exten was getting lights from 5 or 6 mb's
