falling snow and sharepoint

So I have a javascript file, its a .dwp file, that makes snow fall on my sharepoint site. At least its supposed to if I get in place.
Im pretty sure I need to import it into a a web part, but cant for the life of me figure it out.
Any help is appreciated.

ha I go tit, missed the little pulldown arrow to get to Import. gosh...I love sharepoint...
