Fallback to circuit-switched ??

BCM networked to CS1k with VOIP trunks. CS1K doing all external call handling.

What programming is required for fallback to circuit switched? You can enable all or enable TDM, does this setting still require services to be turned on and multiple routing and destenation? Anyone know what programming is required to make this work?

Any help or input would be helpful
