Hi
I'm try to program this feature and I have some problem.
I use 2 BCM400 4.0
All my route are programmed and my schedule service is active.
If I dial an extension of the other site from a set and all is ok. If my iptrunk (H323) are busy, I get the PRI to make outgoing call to the other system.

If I am in the AA and I dial the extension of the other system, it transfer. But if my iptrunk are busy, it tell me " invalid extension". If it's a route programmed in a CCR, it's work.

If the LAN come down, I don't get the fallback from the set or the AA. It just tell me "network none available".

Can anyone help me about this?

Thanks

gl

Notice this:

Your route via IP trunks are PRIVATE and failover to PUBLIC trunks. The Auto Attendant can only transfer across PRIVATE trunks and CANNOT transfer across PUBLIC trunks.

How I can resolve this issue?

Thanks

Unfortunately I don't believe you can.

Maybe another issue to take up with Nortel.

And when the Lan is down, how can I get the fallback?

thanks

Anyone know how I can get the fallback if the Lan is down?

Thanks

Hi Gleduc,

did you find an answer to your question regarding fallback?,
i have the same problem ans can't seem to get it working,
in this case i have 3 BCM, 2 BCM 400, and 1 BCM 50.
I configured it as it should be from the manual, actually i tried this in another setup in test lab and did not get that to workeither.
In this case i can get pstn fallback to work from the BCM 50 to the 400, but there is no way i can get it to work the other way arond, i keep getting an error saying no network connection 49, i know that the routes are working as they should i tested them both (Voip & Pstn)
Does anyone have an answer to this issiu?

regards Rolf
