Fallback extension keeps repeating AA through shortcode

Hello,

I am using a shortcode to add AA as a fallback extension. I want when the menu ends (the used doesn't select anything) to hear thanks for using our service good bye.
But it keeps repeating the AA over and over. I need it to end the call after it plays the AA message in the fallback.

Can this be achieved?

Set a second AA that plays the 'goodbey' message and then enter this AA as the fallback destination in the incomming call route.

Can't, embedded/free VM is very limited, it only disconnects when the AA is the destination and the fallback is blank, when it is the fallback it repeats

It uses the ICR fallback as it's no entry route (mistake Avaya) so when it is the fallback it can't do anything else
