One of our customers is having a general problem of loading the 'save as' file dialog box through our application. This problem is customer specific and is getting the error number 32768 (= hexa 8000).
I asked him to send me the version details of comdlg32.dll and comdlg32.ocx files from windows directory (and also anywhere else). But it looks to me he is using the right version of these files. Could you please tell me what else I can look for or how can I solve this problem? The code is working fine for others.
