Failure to launch callpilot manger

BCM50a 2.0 that I am having trouble accessing callpilot through element manager. I can get into vm using feature 983. When I click on "launch callpilot manager" nothing happens.

probably something to do with java/ browser
have you tried from another PC

Found out that I needed to re-install Element Manager from this BCM50. Worked after reloading.
