failure to backup NT with arcserve for netware

We use arcserveIT for netware on a 5.1 novell server. We used to use ArcserveIT for netware on a 4.12 server. Since the upgrade, the arcserve won't backup NT servers any more. The agents are loaded. By backup attempt, we get the following error message:
JJ:case EOSD:
I can't find this listed anywhere. The cai homepage doesn't have it.
This getting serious as I can't backup our lotus notes server anymore.
The backup works beautifully on our netware servers.

Please any ideas??

It is possible that you will have to upgrade the ARCserveIT software agents you use for NT/Notes.

I run ARCserveIT on NT and backup Novell, and after we upgraded, I had to upgrade all of my agents. Just a thought... hope it helps.

This is an idea we have already tried. Thankyou for the help though. Sadly, we still have the situation that our NT Servers are not backing up (2 of them) and the other 8 (all Novell) are behaving properly. It seems that ecen cheyenne don't know......
