failure occurred accessing the Writer metadata.

Exact error:

Final error: 0xa000fec9 - A failure occurred accessing the Writer metadata.

Backup exec 9.1
Windows 2003 server

This comes up when I back up User_data under volume shadow copy. Which is a sql 2000 server database. I can't find info on this anywhere. The backup worked for a few days and then I started getting this error.
