Failover for Cisco Call Manager
I am looking for a ‘software’ failover for calls routed from a Cisco Call Manger via the Voice Gateway (T-1). We have an IVR system that connects via PRI through a VG200. If the span fails we have a second VG200 that the call then routes to:
1)a digit manipulation
2)the call re-enters the Call Manager via IP
Is there a way to perform this without the second Voice Gateway?
