We have just installed ArcServe Ver 11.5 SP1 Build 4144. In our job backup we have put in a stop (pre) and a start (post) command the stop command seems to be working but the start command after the backup is finished is failing error no user acct specified. I have created a user acct for this first inside arcserve using both username and password and then I set up the caroot user w/password at the O.S level thinking that was it. Does any one know what it could be to keep giving me this error. Any feedback is much appreciated.

Failing Post Command Question

Makes no sence the Pre works and the Post fails. Double check the two and make sure there was no typo type error.
The ARCserve System Account is used for these type of things more than the CA Root user.
Install SP2.
