Failing on Exchange mail box

Hi Guys,
Below is the error log from Backup Exec. As you can see it is reporting directory not found. Problem is none of the user folders listed are selected to be backed up.

Directory not found. Can not backup directory ?abyrne [abyrne] and its subdirectories.
Directory not found. Can not backup directory ?Sandra Perrett [sandra.perrett] and its subdirectories.

Can anyone tell me why Backup Exec fails my backup when its not supposed to be backing them up?!
