Failing at Registering AudioCodes Mp-112 FXS

Hello All,

Needing some help as I've been banging my head against a wall for a while. I am trying to register a MP-112 FXS to my Avaya IP Office 500v2. Looking at the sysmointor I am only seeing the following:

I followed the instructions on this YouTube video (

to a T and am still getting this error. I'm not really sure what I'm doing wrong here. I checked the LAN port under IPO and SIP Trunks is enabled. I have the "3rd party IP enpoint license" for this as well. Inputting the password and username/extension (which is all the same). Anything else I need to look for?

try the name instead of the extension number.

You have 3 fields for the registration
Extension
Authentication
password

play with the extension and authentication by making one the extension the other one the name of the user you created and if it doesn't work reverse them.
