Failer to verify PNI and/or CEID

One of the network elements causing following message:

<name> - Failed to verify PNI and/or CEID - recoverable error, records collected:0 good records:0 rejected records:0 - Telephone Directory Full Collection Complete

As a result a directory is out of sync...

OPSMan 7.4

System Software V7.0

ICP3300 doesn't report any errors


Any ideas where to look at?

FYI
I found what was the problem.
Licenses and Options Selection form. Networking Option wasn't enabled. After enabling and reboot everything is much better.
