I have a user running a Philips Nino PDA (WIN 98 Dell Laptop), running Active Sync 3.1 - and I receive the error message " Critical communiucations services have failed to start. To correct his error, exit all applications and restart windows. If problem persists, please reinstall WIN CE Services by running set up. I did u install and reinstall tono avail. Any suggestions>
