My customer's 11.1 Manager can connect to two different IPOs, one running 10.0 software at a different location and one running 11.1 software at the same location as her office. She can make changes to the remote IPO (10.0) no problem, but when she tries to Merge a change to the 11.1 IPO she gets the following error - Failed to save the configuration data
(Unable to read data from the transport connection. An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host).

Does anyone have any ideas as to what the issue is because I obviously don't know WTFrick is going on.

Thanks!!

Search for a thread from posted by TRCA. It sounds like a similar problem; I think it is a software incompatibility. If I read this wrong I apologize.

You said manager is R11.1 and the system is R11.1... what exact release? If you say have R11.1.0.0 manager and the system is R11.1.0.1 then it could be an issue with running an older manager then the system is running (it would complain about this each time you connect).

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.
