I tried using the ccmclean.exe file from the SMS 2003 toolkit2.
I got a message indicating that the SMS client was removed successfully, but when I checked the registry I could see that all the SMS node is still there (under HKLM/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/SMS).
The worse thing is that when I tried to install the client on the host, the client failed to discover the site and failed to download the policy (I could see taht when I opened the SMS clien from the control panel and saw that all the componenets that need to be enabled are only installed like hardware inventory).
Do you know how I can realy clean a computer from the SMS client?
Do you know how I can install SMS client on a host that had SMS client installed in the past?
Thanks,
Stav.
