iam gettin g this error coould any one tell me what could be the solution.

Failed to read chunk [215628] in media [H:\MagLib_MP02] for storage policy [SP_IncrBackup_RC04] copy [BackupToTape]: Backup job [ 56125 56143 56144 56219 ]. Failed to write the data to the pipeline.

a few weeks back I had similar errors, failed to read chunks from my maglib while writing to tape. I was doing some robocopies at the same time. My server was running out of resources. I rebooted and installed all available updates (both Commvault and Windows). Seems to be stable now, even with the robocopies going..
