Any help here would be great as I'm totally stuck here!!

Got 3 MXes, and 3 CXis in a cluster. One CXi was removed last night (sys75), and when I have come in this morning the tel dirs on all systems (inc sys75) are as good as blank. The 3300s are programmed correctly as far as the cluster goes, but in ops system75 is still showing. I have tried to sync enterpise man with ops again, its says it completes ok, but the old system still remains in ops.

I don't have any recent tel dir csv exports from the 3300, so have restored ops man data from the weekend and am trying to do a full propogate, but getting error messages like:

tddeltautl.c-1088-TDDELTA_WriteDeltaRecord
- General Error: [MySQL][ODBC 3.51 Driver][mysqld-4.0.23-pro]Duplicate entry '26734' for key 3 - Add brand new delta

- DB Write of TD Delta for LH805:4914 (name:number) failed

Short of restoring the lot of them anyone got any ideas??

Cheers

When you say that you removed your ICP from the cluster what was your exact process as I know of other engineers who have had the same results as you.

Not too sure as it was a 3rd party engineer who actually removed the system from the cluster. I only got involved when the tel dirs turned up blank.

That being the case, I suspect whoever removed the system also removed the protable directory. It is very difficult to remove a system from OPS that is part of a cluster, and it seems obvious that it was not done correctly.

Rebuild as best you can.

easiest is to restore ALL systems to before the 75 one was removed. so in other words restore controllers as well as OPS man.

it'll make it a lot simpler to fix.

i must admit I'm not sure why when propogating you get the errors.
