Failed to open Rowset after adding parameter to BV

Hi All,
In CR10,I have recently added a parameter to my Data Foundation in hopes of passing the record selection to the server. The parameter was originally in the subreport of the report I am trying to optimize.
Now that it is in the BV, and I have updated the subreport links, I am getting a "Failed to open Rowset" error when running it.

Creating a new report against this BV runs without a problem, which leads me to believe the issue is being caused somewhere in the report.

Running the report against an Aspect ACD which is oracle 10g if that helps.

I appreciate any help.
