Failed to open connection error on CR Server

Hi,

I have just started using Crystal Report Server and have run into this connection problem when trying to view and publish a report that contains parameter fields. The SQL 2005 Server is in one machine and the CR Server is in another machine. When I publish a static report on the CR Server, I can view the report on my laptop using Infoview. However, when I publish a report with parameter fields, I get this error message on Infoview on my laptop: Failed to open the connection.

What's the problem here? What do I need to setup to fix this? Any help is much appreciated.
