Failed to open a connection

Hi

Have a report which ive published to Business Objects. The report runs fine when in Crystal however gets the above message when run it in infoview. Have checked the ODBC and all seems ok, any ideas.

What database is being used for the report?

Are the servers ( Pageserver , etc) running under an account that has permission to access that database ( or its location)

am using SQL server.

Has far as i can tell the servers are running under an account that has permission to access the database, but will go and check
