Failed to logoff windows xp while running PN Client

I have a windows xp workstation. When i log onto my nortel vpn account, it works fine. When i try to log off of my pc, it hangs. I have to disconnect my vpn client in order to log off of the pc. is there a fix for this?

To get further information about the error look in your Event viewer.

Look in the System, Security, or Application folder. You can get to the Event Viewer via right click My Computer icon and select Manage.

Any errors logged in the Event Viewer can be expanded by double clicking on the error line.

Take any event error I.D. number and search for it on this site.
