Failed to load Tap error

I recently installed a Cisco VPN Client software to connect to my work office. Now I can't connect to my DSL provider (Epix Jack Flash). I get a E0051: Failed to load Tap.

My OS is win2000 pro. Any suggestions?

I had to change the tap driver from a Filter Driver to a Protocol Driver in the Enternet 300 Advanced driver settings.

Thanks for the tip.
