Failed to export the report error

Hello,

I need to export a report in rtf or word via email. When I choose rtf or word for windows, I get the following error:
"Failed to export the report." "Error in <Word for Windows (*.doc) Export format DLL>

Report has a 1 logo and has 2 groupings, but it's not that complex.

Any ideas?

Have you tried to export any other reports?

I'm guessing that at some point the following dlls either weren't registered or became unregistered in windows.

Exportmodeller.dll
Crtslv.dll

You can look at the article:

in Crystal's KB. You might just have to get these dlls put back into the correct directory, which the first artcle would help you with. The second tells you how to register them if they happen to already be in the right place or if it doesn't work to just put them in the right place.

Let us know if that doesn't do it.
